Let’s work it out
These are solutions to the most common situations. If connectivity is completely gone, disable the VPN tunnel first so the website and Telegram become reachable again.
VPN is on but there is no internet
What should I check first?
Disable the tunnel, confirm ordinary internet works, then check your access term and enable the latest profile. An old key stops working after replacement.
Why can’t I open Telegram?
If Telegram was your only support path, disable the VPN first. Once normal access returns, open the website, account, or bot and check the device.
Can a button verify my external IP?
That check itself needs a working connection. First confirm regular websites open, then verify the route.
The file will not import
Android reports “Invalid name”
Download a fresh configuration and import it with “+” inside AmneziaWG. The filename is already prepared; do not rename it with a long or unusual name.
The phone offers a wallet or browser
Do not use the system Open With prompt. Return to AmneziaWG, select “+” → Import from file, then choose the downloaded .conf.
The temporary link expired
The private key is not retained, so the same file cannot be shown again. Replace the device configuration and download the new file immediately.
Does selected-app mode work on iPhone?
No. This mode is prepared for Android only. Use full VPN on iPhone and Mac.
Subscription and devices
Access is active but a device cannot be created
Refresh account status and check the device limit. If it remains unresolved, do not purchase again — contact support and mention the attempt time.
Can I use both the website and bot?
Yes. After secure linking, the same access and devices appear in both interfaces.
Why is there no web trial?
The trial is protected by Telegram ID and is available through the official bot only. The web account is for vouchers and active access.
Telegram Stars and vouchers
An invoice expired or was cancelled
An unpaid invoice does not activate access. Return to plans in the bot and create a new one; the old technical record remains in history with its final status.
I cannot buy Stars on iPhone
Telegram or a user-selected official channel handles Stars top-ups. The VPN service does not take money to replenish that balance. Return after Stars appear.
How do I redeem a store voucher?
Open the personal link from your order, sign in by email, review the term and device limit, then explicitly confirm redemption.
Need a person?
Open the official bot and select Help and setup. Never send a private key or complete configuration file.
